Thrillseekers' 3 - Things To Do Before You Die

By Taylor Cassar

While death itself isn’t exactly the hot topic of choice for most of us, we have to admit that life is way too short to sit around watching TV and eating Doritos. So it’s time you made yourself a checklist of things you want to accomplish before you die. After all, you’re young, beautiful and smart, and while you’ve still got it, why not get it? So here, now, are three of those many things you might want to add to your fantastic list.

Thing to do before you die #1
Visit A Nude Beach
In our teens, we feel somewhat insecure, in our twenties we finally begin to know our bodies and after that, we throw caution to the wind and accept ourselves for who we are and what we look like. So what better way to show the world how great you feel about your body than by strutting around a beach naked, with other fellow nudists? It’s safe and liberating, and it will make you feel like you can do anything without a care in the world afterwards.

Thing to do before you die #2
Go To Carnival In Rio

If you saw 1990’s Wild Orchid with Mickey Rourke and Carre Otis, you’d know that Brazil is a very erotic country; all the more so during Carnival in Rio de Janeiro every February. While some worry that it’s unsafe for women traveling alone, it would be great if you could gather up a bunch of friends and head down there together. The thought of putting on a mask and a crazy outfit, dancing like a madwoman, and being someone mysterious for five days just sounds so inviting.

Thing to do before you die #3
Climb Mount Everest
Climbing anything is quite a feat for most of us, so getting our butts in gear to take on one of the most challenging mountains in the world is definitely an accomplishment to brag about well into senility. Although it’ll likely cost upwards of a year’s salary ($25,000 to $60,000), the climb itself is priceless because it will teach you so much about yourself. Of course, you can’t just head out there and climb it; you need to practice and make sure you’re in good health first. The best time to go is in May, as the weather is its least brutal then.
