Looks like Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia are over because she was all over Jesse McCartney last night. Hayden Panettiere and Jesse McCartney were spotted at Crown Bar making out like teenagers, which is, uh, exactly what they are.

Hayden Panettiere, 19, and Milo Ventimiglia, 31, called it quits a little while back and Hayden Panettiere wasted no time and went straight to Jesse McCartney, 21, to get back to her age bracket.

Hayden Panettiere Parents Abuse Scandal

Hayden Panettiere's parents were caught up in a domestic abuse call on Sunday night, after they attended earlier in the evening. The couple went home and began arguing because Alan Panettiere felt that his wife, Lesley Panetierre, was hanging around with someone a little too much and was, in turn, disrespecting him.

Perhaps they should have both concluded that doing this to their famous daughter is very "Lohan" like and doesn't reflect very well on their daughter. After all, Hayden is famous now and by getting the police involved will only have the paparazzi harassing her 100 times more than they already do.

Hayden Panettiere Music Video

So Hayden Panettiere wants to do it all in Hollywood and she's making her mark as a hero in the NBC show that's aptly titled Heroes. Now she's onto music making with her first single "Wake Up Call."

Hayden Panettiere's voice is not awful, mind you, but really, aren't there singers out there that are 100s of times better than this? Nevertheless, she's pretty easy on the eyes, so enjoy the video for "Wake Up Call."
