This is a new one when it comes to celebrity flaws... Victoria Beckham is a stickler for looking flawless (well, you know what I mean) and does whatever she can to make sure she's picture perfect all the time, but it seems that Victoria Beckham missed one very important part of her hygienic breakdown before stepping out.
If you take a close look at Victoria Beckham diamond-studded ear, you'll notice a nasty-looking crust invading the top of her ear and it even looks infected, which is just plain nasty.
And Lord knows that if she sees this picture, it won't just be her ears she's tripping over, it's her new chin that's developing as well.
